We work with sizes from 1/4” to 3” in diameter, in any length up to 72. If you need a hole drilled through a part, extra thread, special body diameter, special across the flats, it’s no problem. We stock blanks in every imaginable head style that can be modified per your specifications.

Not only do we supply custom products, we package them per your size, weight, container and labeling requirements to integrate with your inventory and handling systems.

Finding a manufacturer that will produce your custom part is hard enough. But finding a company that can have that part ready just when you need it can seem impossible. Unless you count on Chicago Nut & Bolt. We’re the experts in just-in-time delivery.

Blanket Orders.
Don’t want the paperwork of inventory? We will manufacture and warehouse your estimated annual quantity and ship parts on your schedule, where and when you need them. We’re EDI-capable, enabling us to provide a fully integrated, dock-to-stock supply. You pay for the parts as you use them and eliminate the need for storage space.

Next-day, Emergency Delivery.
Our standard delivery is one week. However, we differentiate ourselves by being able to accommodate emergency custom orders on a moments notice, sometimes overnight or within hours.
